We're visiting [What You're Visiting] for my adult child [Initials] ([Their Disability]) on [Visit Date]. What matters most to us: [What Matters Most]. What's gone wrong with providers before: [What's Gone Wrong Before]. Help me: 1) give me 15 questions grouped by staffing, safety, daily life, communication with families, and money β and for each, what a good answer sounds like versus a red flag, 2) tell me what to watch for that isn't in any brochure β how staff talk to residents, smells, whether people are doing anything or just sitting, 3) give me three questions to ask a current family, not the director, 4) tell me what to ask for in writing before we decide, 5) give me a way to include [Initials]'s reaction in the decision, even if they don't use many words. Don't be diplomatic. Tell me what you'd actually want to know.

Initials, not names.
Never paste full names, birthdates, ID numbers, account numbers, or addresses into an AI. Initials and ages work just as well.
It can be confidently wrong.
AI is a brilliant first draft and a terrible last word. Anything about medications, doses, benefits, or legal rights gets checked with a human professional before you act on it.
It's a helper, not a clinician.
None of this is medical, legal, or financial advice, and it is not therapy or an emergency service. If anyone is in danger, call 911, or 988 in the US for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
