AI for Caregivers is provided and sponsored by AlwaysHere LLC. We respect your privacy and collect only what is necessary to provide the service.

What we collect

If you create an account, we store your email, language and age-group preferences, and any profile details you choose to share so we can personalize prompts. You can clear those details any time. We do not sell your data.

Privacy check (masking)

Signed-in members can paste a situation into the Privacy check. The text is sent once to an AI model through our AI provider, which turns names into initials and hides birthdates, ID numbers and account numbers. We do not save the text you paste or the masked result, and the provider does not keep it to train models. The check can miss things, so please read the result before using it.

Review and clear your saved details

On My Account, under "Saved prompt details," you can see every detail that fills in your prompts and clear any of them, or all of them, at any time. Clearing them does not delete your account, email or settings.

Third-party AI tools

When you launch a prompt in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, or Duck.ai, those services have their own privacy policies. Review them before sharing personal information.

Analytics

We use the Meta Pixel to understand which pages are useful and to reach people who visited this site with information about our free workshops. You can opt out at facebook.com/ads/preferences.
